美国总统特朗普通过社交媒体发声，称预计欧洲央行将实施第七次降息，而美联储主席鲍威尔的行动 “为时已晚”，其行动总是滞后且决策失误。

　　特朗普表示，鲍威尔昨天的发言又是典型的、十足的 “一团糟”。

　　当下油价下跌，食品杂货价格也在下降，同时美国从关税中获取了可观收益。

　　特朗普强调，美联储早就该像欧洲央行一样降低利率，很久之前就该如此行动，现在美联储无疑更应降息。

　　特朗普还直言，鲍威尔被解雇的速度再快都不为过 。
