台积电总裁表示，没有与任何公司商讨组建合资企业或分享其技术。一直有猜测称这家台湾公司与英特尔公司谈判以某种形式联姻的可能性。

　　台积电总裁魏哲家在回答有关可能与英特尔合作的问题时表示，台积电仍专注于自己的业务。4月有报道称，两家公司已达成初步协议，将成立一家合资企业来运营英特尔的芯片工厂；对此报道他没有直接回应。

　　他在电话会议上对分析师表示，台积电没有与其他公司就任何合资企业、技术许可或技术进行任何讨论。

　　2月曾有报道，应特朗普政府的要求台积电和英特尔讨论了合作。这是为了帮助英特尔摆脱困境，这家公司正裁员数千人并遏制扩张计划。
