智通财经APP讯，枫叶教育(01317)发布公告，与截至2024年2月29日止6个月(2024年首6个月)相比，集团预期于2025年首6个月取得归属于公司拥有人的利润将不少于人民币1.1亿元，而2024年首6个月则取得亏损约人民币4220万元。
董事会认为亏损转为溢利的主要原因是：其他收益及亏损由2024年首6个月的约人民币5550万元亏损转为不少于人民币900万元的收益，原因是(i)2025年首6个月的汇兑收益净额不少于人民币200万元(2024年首6个月：汇兑亏损净额约人民币3150万元);及(ii)并无2024年首6个月可换股债券公平值变动产生的亏损约人民币2820万元;及
2025年首6个月营销费用、行政费用的减少及财务费用大幅减少。
