Sterling Group Holdings (HKG:1825) said that Chung Sam Kwok Wai has resigned as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the company on April 16 due to health reasons.
The apparel manufacturer did not name a successor to Chung in its late Wednesday disclosure.
