支付处理公司环球支付（Global Payments）将以超过 220 亿美元的价格收购总部位于辛辛那提的竞争对手世界支付公司（Worldpay），以扩大其全球业务版图。

　　这一举措增强了这家金融科技公司的实力，使其能够在 175 多个国家处理约 940 亿笔交易，支付总额达 3.7 万亿美元。

　　支付处理公司，其中包括家喻户晓的维萨（Visa）和万事达卡（Mastercard），它们为客户、企业和银行之间的金融交易提供便利。消费者和企业对电子支付及银行业务的需求推动了该行业的发展。

　　总部位于亚特兰大的环球支付公司将在一项涉及私募股权公司 GTCR 和金融科技公司富达国民信息服务公司（FIS）的三方交易中，以现金和股票形式支付 227 亿美元。

　　作为交易的一部分，环球支付公司将把旗下的发卡解决方案部门出售给富达国民信息服务公司。交易完成后，GTCR 将持有环球支付公司 15% 的股份。

　　环球支付公司表示，预计其第一季度每股收益为 2.69 美元，与华尔街的预测相符。
