消息面上，英诺赛科公告，公司发布了自主开发的1200V氮化镓(GaN)产品，该款产品凭借宽禁带特性，在高压高频场景优势显著，具备零反向恢复电荷的核心优势，有助于进一步推动能源转换系统的效率提升和小型化，可广泛应用于新能源汽车、工业以及AI数据中心等领域。经本公司客户验证，该产品已在中大功率电源方面实现量产，下一步将被应用在新能源汽车、AI数据中心等领域。
财通证券指出，英诺赛科是全球氮化镓(GaN)行业龙头。GaN作为第三代半导体的关键材料，凭借其在高频、高效、高功率密度等方面的卓越性能，在消费电子、数据中心、汽车、新能源发电、机器人等领域具有广阔应用前景，正持续提升渗透率。该行指出，2024年，意法半导体为基石投资者参与公司IPO发行，并于2025年4月与公司签订协议开展技术联合开发，形成战略协同。2024年公司海外收入同比增长118.1%，占比达到15.3%。后续公司有望依托于综合优势，进一步深化全球市场布局，不断提升市场份额。
