【上海：鼓励民营企业建设具身智能、低空经济等新型基础设施项目】金十数据4月17日讯，上海市发展改革委副主任陈彦峰在上海市政府新闻发布会上介绍，上海市发展改革委着力完善政策环境，支持民间投资发展，将重点推进以下三方面工作：一是完善民营企业参与重大项目建设长效机制。建立民间投资重点项目库。二是加大民营企业参与人工智能、新型基础设施等领域投资的政策支持。鼓励民营企业建设可信数据空间、具身智能、低空经济等新型基础设施项目，推动商业银行为其提供优惠利率贷款。三是支持民营企业积极参与“两重”建设和“两新”工作。下一步，上海市发展改革委将会同相关单位继续推进基础设施竞争性领域和重要应用场景向经营主体公平开放，进一步健全向社会资本常态化推介项目机制，分享投资机遇，鼓励民营企业参与重大项目建设，激发民间投资活力。
