智通财经APP讯，艾美疫苗(06660)发布公告，为推动公司业务发展及加快建议A股上市申请进度，公司董事会建议采纳集团关键岗位核心人员的股份奖励计划(股份奖励计划)。目前预期根据建议股份奖励计划授出的所有奖励及/或期权所涉及的公司股份总数将不超过采纳股份奖励计划当日已发行股份总数的5%。股份奖励计划项下的奖励可采取H股及内资股的股份期权或受限制股份形式。根据股份奖励计划授出的奖励或期权的授出价或行使价，预期将参考相关时间的股份市价厘定。
