Ares Management, Northleaf Capital Partners Co-Lead Structured Facility in GoldState's Capital Raise

Ares Management (ARES) funds and Northleaf Capital Partners co-led a structured capital facility as part of the $500 million investment raised by music rights investment platform GoldState Music, the latter said Thursday.

GoldState said the transaction is private and additional terms were not disclosed.

Funds raised will be used to acquire music rights and meet artist demand for music rights monetization, the company added.
