【同程旅行24.9亿收购万达酒管 万达回应：有助集团减债，仍保留自持酒店资产】金十数据4月17日讯，对于同程旅行24.9亿收购万达酒管，万达方面回应称，交易带来的资金如获批可用于向全体股东分红，将有助于万达集团去杠杆、减负债，优化资产负债结构，确保履行企业社会责任。近年来，万达通过出售万达广场资产、推进珠海商管重组等措施，显著改善资产负债结构。迄今为止，万达所有公开债均如期兑付，目前，公司仅剩余极少公开债务。万达方面还表示，本次交易仅涉及酒店管理业务的转让，现有万达自持的酒店物业资产仍将由万达集团继续持有。万达也将与同程旅行持续深化合作，通过资源共享与优势互补，在文旅项目运营管理及市场拓展等领域开展协同，实现双方共赢发展。
