Foresight News 消息， 韩国检方将向检察院起诉操纵虚拟市场价格的嫌疑人。 嫌疑人使用了两种主要类型的价格操纵计划，“赛马”指嫌疑人通过在特定交易所虚拟资产价格波动率重置时间前后预购大量资产来引起投资者的注意，随后通过在短时间内重复操纵价格订单来操纵部分数字资产的价格，以制造买家持续流入的假象。“边缘抽水”指当交易所暂停某种加密货币的存取款时，交易者暂时无法套利，使嫌疑人更容易人为操纵流通量小的中小型加密货币的价格。根据韩国《虚拟资产用户保护法》的规定，操纵虚拟资产价格可能会被判处一年以上监禁或罚款。
