智通财经APP讯，正道集团(01188)发布公告，于2025年4月17日，公司(买方)拟向卖方(桃李杯资讯咨询(深圳)有限公司)收购目标公司的51%股权，代价为5100万港元，将于完成时透过根据一般授权发行可换股票据支付。
集团一直积极探索其他商机，力求促进未来发展及加强集团的收益基础，从而为股东提升价值。
目标公司主要在中国从事影视传媒业务，提供电影制作服务及艺术创作。目标公司具备所需资格，及获国家广播电视总局于2024年10月25日颁发广播电视节目制作经营许可证，以制作及发行影视节目。除上述因素外，董事对中国及海外的车载视听及短剧业务充满信心。
