智通财经APP获悉，信邦控股(01571)现跌超11%，截至发稿，跌11.11%，报2.8港元，成交额1706.13万港元。
消息面上，4月16日，信邦控股发布公告，自2025年4月9日起，美国对中国商品征收的关税高达145%，而集团出口至美国的产品需缴纳的关税总计达到159%。由于集团的产品按“完税后交货”条款销售给美国客户，额外的关税使得集团的供应在商业上变得不可行。
公告称，集团已在墨西哥和马来西亚设立了制造基地，已补充其在中国的本土产能。集团目前正与美国客户积极洽谈，探讨将产品制造流程转移至集团位于墨西哥和马来西亚的生产设施的可能性。
