消息面上，世纪互联近日发布业绩，中信建投指出，公司收入和经调整EBITDA超指引预期，盈利能力显著提升；基地型IDC交付及客户上架速度显著提升，25年预计新交付406MW。穆迪则表示，预计世纪互联凭借与战略股东山高控股的运营协同效应，在未来12-18个月内，收入和利润将继续保持稳健增长。
公开资料显示，2023年年底，山高控股和世纪互联双双公告，山高控股旗下两个子公司与世纪互联完成了2.99亿美元战略投资的股权交割工作，山高控股成为世纪互联最大的机构投资股东和紧密协同的战略投资人。据悉，山高控股成功控股并购山高新能源，并战略入股了世纪互联集团，为集团的电算科技产业奠定了坚实的基础构建“AI算力+数据资产+场景应用”的数字经济生态圈。
