*ACQUIRED 95.5% OF JUDGE LOGISTICS LTD SHARE CAPITAL, PARENT COMPANY OF YODEL DELIVERY NETWORK
*PAYPOINT RETAINING A MINORITY STAKE OF 4.5%
*INPOST HAS CLEAR PLAN ON INTEGRATION OF YODEL AND ITS GOAL FOR THIS DEAL IS TO BE EBITDA ACCRETIVE WITHIN ONE YEAR
