【上海不重视民企？专家：此次26项措施消除了误会，信心比黄金重要】金十数据4月17日讯，从4月3日的上海市促进民营经济高质量发展大会，到17日的新闻发布会，上海前滩新兴产业研究院院长何万篷都现场参与。他在接受媒体采访时表示，除了提振信心、稳定预期、改善服务等等之外，26项措施的发布还有一个易被忽视的作用，就是“消除误会”。他说：“外界对上海发展民营经济多多少少有点误会，以为上海不怎么重视民企。今天的发布会消除了误会，也为民企开放了场景。上海民营企业数量大，成长不慢，贡献不小，接下来应该会进入一轮发展的快车道或者上升周期，机会很多。”何万篷指出，信心比黄金重要，而构筑信心最重要的是信任。此次的26项措施，体现了政府的信用，向民企传达了信息，在互信的基础上提振信心。
