* 与香港证监会今日就场外衍生工具结算制度下的金融服务提供者名单的年度更新，发表联合咨询文件
* 根据最新的年度检视，监管机构建议将一家机构加入金融服务提供者名单，以确保该名单的适用和恰当。若更新获采纳，预定于2026年1月1日生效
* 全球具系统重要性银行及G15交易商Morgan Stanley的集团成员Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.成为了某掉期息率中央对手方的结算成员。因此，我们建议将其纳入经修订的金融服务提供者名单内
