霸王茶姬登陆纳斯达克募资逾4亿美元 成为“新茶饮美股第一股”
人民财讯4月18日电，4月17日晚，中国现制茶饮品牌霸王茶姬正式在美国纳斯达克上市，股票代码为CHA，即“茶”的拼音，霸王茶姬成为首家登陆美股市场的新式茶饮企业。据招股书披露，截至2024年末，霸王茶姬全球门店数量达6440家，较2022年的1087家实现爆发式增长。2024年度商品交易总额达295亿元，海外市场已覆盖马来西亚、新加坡、泰国等国家，海外门店达156家。此次，霸王茶姬IPO市场定价区间为26美元至28美元，发行1468万份美国存托股票(ADS)，募资金额逾4亿美元，募集资金将主要用于全球供应链体系建设及国际市场拓展，计划2025年新增1000—1500家门店。
