智通财经APP讯，金山软件(03888)公布，于2025年4月16日，该公司已与金山云(03896)订立认购协议，金山云(03896)拟向该公司发行6937.5万股认购股份，每股认购股份5.83港元，认购股份的总代价为约4.04亿港元。
公告称，为支持金山云集团在基础设施与技术创新方面的中长期发展，该集团将认购其股份。此次认购将有助于增强金山云集团资本实力，并深化生态战略协同。于本公告日期，金山云是该公司一家联营公司，并由公司持股37.40%。于认购事项完成后，金山云不会成为公司的附属公司，仍为公司的联营公司。
