据公司所知，自公司于2020年8月在纽约证券交易所首次公开发行及2022年5月公司的A类普通股在香港联合交易所有限公司上市以来，彭先生未曾出售、转让或以其他方式处置过其实益拥有的公司的任何股份。于捐赠完成后，彭先生仍将为公司的控股股东。
