【四川：房地产开发投资止跌回稳 后期走势值得大家重点关注】金十数据4月17日讯，省政府新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，四川省统计局副局长、新闻发言人杨治刚表示，2025年一季度，全省房地产开发投资止跌回稳态势持续巩固，房地产开发投资同比下降6.5%，降幅较上年全年收窄3.4个百分点；商品房销售面积同比下降8.7%，降幅较上年全年收窄11.4个百分点；商品房销售额由上年全年两位数下降转为同比增长1.6%，回升25个百分点。随着各项政策效应进一步释放，推动房地产市场止跌回稳的动能将持续增强，同时，四川新型城镇化的持续推进也会带来增量住房需求，房地产市场后期走势也值得大家重点关注。
