2025年4月14日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国铁建股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(第一期)(品种二)获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际肯定了中国铁建股份有限公司（以下简称“中国铁建”或“公司”）行业龙头地位稳固、竞争实力极强、项目储备充足且订单质量有所改善以及融资渠道畅通等方面的优势对公司整体信用实力提供的有力支持。同时中诚信国际也关注到减值和投资损失等因素对利润造成一定侵蚀、房地产去化和工程回款压力依然突出、总债务规模增长较快且仍面临上升压力以及海外项目经营风险较大等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
资料显示，公司于2007年11月由中国铁道建筑集团有限公司（原名中国铁道建筑总公司）独家发起设立。2008年3月，分别在上海证券交易所A股（股票代码：601186.SH）和香港交易所H股（股票代码：1186.HK）上市。目前，公司业务涵盖工程承包、规划设计咨询、投资运营、房地产开发、工业制造、物资物流、绿色环保、产业金融及其他新兴产业，2024年公司实现营业总收入10,671.71亿元。
