智通财经APP讯，珍酒李渡(06979)发布公告，吴光曙已决定于公司谨订于2025年5月9日举行的应届股东周年大会结束时退任公司执行董事，并辞任授权代表及公司秘书，且不会于股东周年大会上寻求膺选连任执行董事，原因为彼希望专注于其他个人事务。吴光曙将担任公司的高级顾问。
根据董事会于2025年4月17日通过的决议案，董事会已提名吴其融为执行董事，以供公司股东于股东周年大会上选举。
公司副总裁兼首席财务官王连博已获委任为授权代表，自股东周年大会结束起生效;王连博连同黄慧儿已获委任为联席公司秘书，自股东周年大会结束起生效。
