智通财经APP获悉，周大福(01929)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨3.17%，报9.45港元，成交额1.18亿港元。
消息面上，周大福董事总经理黄绍基此前宣布，周大福今年已加价一次，该次加幅介乎10%至20%。他又称，短期未见港人北上消费热潮蔓延至黄金产品，主要考虑到香港购买高端首饰免税、货源比较集中等因素。不过长远而言，普通价位的黄金商品有机会受惠北上风潮，例如部分仅限在内地出售的联乘IP产品。
美银证券发表报告，相信周大福最严重的同店销售下跌时期已经过去。该行指出，周大福以国内市场为重心，不受全球关税的直接影响。加上同店销售见底，周大福的同店销售跌幅已收窄，并可能在未来几个季度进一步改善；估值要求不高，6%股息率可为股价下行提供支持，而成功的转型则可为其倍数重新定价提供基础。
