消息面上，据财联社报道，记者向业内多方确认获悉，近期，关于对算力基础建设实施“窗口指导”的通知已下发，本周起多地将陆续下发关于开展算力摸底有关工作的通知。记者获得的地方发改委《关于开展算力摸底有关工作的通知》显示，摸底工作涉及已建、在建和拟建算力中心项目，摸底数据将作为国家算力资源统筹布局的重要依据。记者采访获悉，相关部门此举旨在从更高层面统筹规划，避免各地盲目重复建设。
公开资料显示，万国数据是中国及东南亚地区领先的高性能数据中心运营商和服务商。华创证券指出，贸易摩擦尚未结束，科技内循环仍为核心主线。算力服务包括IDC及算力租赁，国内互联网大厂及运营商在算力方向的投资热度高涨，未来无论训练或推理方向，对IDC、算力租赁均具有较强的需求支撑，而供应端受制供给周期以及供应渠道，或出现量价齐升的局面，看好相关企业驶入业绩增长加速通道。
