【市场监管总局：开展广告市场秩序整治 依法严查“神医”“神药”广告】金十数据4月17日讯，2025年4月14日，市场监管总局印发《关于维护广告市场秩序 营造良好消费环境的通知》，决定在全国范围内开展广告市场秩序整治工作。《通知》聚焦重点民生领域和互联网新兴媒介，从“医疗、药品、保健食品、特殊医学用途配方食品、医疗器械广告”“普通食品广告”“金融广告”“教育培训广告”“互联网广告”5个方面明确2025年广告监管有关重点任务，组织依法严查“神医”“神药”广告、食品广告疗效化宣传、保本无风险的金融理财广告、职业技能培训类违法广告、互联网违法广告等，切实守护消费者合法权益。
