特朗普对与欧洲达成贸易协议表示乐观
美国对伊朗石油的中国进口商实施新制裁
伊拉克、哈萨克斯坦等国将在OPEC计划中进一步减产
路透纽约4月17日 - 油价周四收高逾3%，受助于美国和欧盟达成贸易协议的希望以及美国为遏制伊朗石油出口而实施的新制裁继续加剧供应担忧。
布兰特原油期货 LCOc1收高2.11美元，或3.2%，报每桶67.96美元；美国原油 CLc1 收涨2.21美元，或3.54%，报每桶64.68美元。
本周，布兰特原油和美国原油均上涨约 5%，为三周来首次单周上涨。周四是复活节假期前本周的最后一个结算日，交易量比较稀少。
美国总统特朗普和意大利总理梅洛尼对解决使美欧关系紧张的贸易紧张局势表示乐观。特朗普说："我们与欧洲或其他任何人达成协议都不会有太大问题，因为我们拥有大家都想要的东西。"
瑞穗银行能源期货主管Bob Yawger表示，与欧盟达成贸易协议有可能限制特朗普关税对需求的破坏。
石油输出国组织（OPEC）周三表示，已收到伊拉克、哈萨克斯坦和其他国家进一步减产的最新计划，以弥补超过配额的产量。
然而，本周OPEC、国际能源署以及包括高盛和摩根大通在内的几家银行都下调了对油价和需求增长的预期，原因是美国的关税和其他国家的报复行动使全球贸易陷入混乱。(完)
