SelfWealth (ASX:SWF) said that a second court hearing to approve the proposed acquisition of the firm by Svava via a scheme of arrangement will be held on April 28 in the Federal Court of Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The court hearing will be subject to SelfWealth's shareholders approving the scheme by the required majorities at a meeting on April 22.
Svava is the holding company of the Syfe Group.
Selfwealth shareholders may oppose the approval of the acquisition at the hearing and they must file and serve on Selfwealth a notice of appearance if they wish to do so.
