【美国作出烷基磷酸酯双反终裁】金十数据4月22日讯，4月21日，美国商务部宣布对进口自中国的烷基磷酸酯（Alkyl Phosphate Esters）作出反倾销终裁，裁定中国生产商/出口商的倾销率为152.38%~269.02%（抵消补贴后的保证金调整为126.45%~243.09%）。同时，美国商务部对进口自中国的涉案产品作出反补贴终裁，裁定安徽润岳科技股份有限公司（Anhui RunYue Technology Co., Ltd.）和Yixing RunYue Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.税率为117.51%、浙江万盛股份有限公司（Zhejiang Wansheng Co., Ltd.）税率为81.82%、浙江万达集团公司（Zhejiang Wanda Tools Group Corp）因未参与应诉，税率为491.21%、中国其他生产商/出口商的税率为91.07%。美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）预计将于2025年6月2日对本案作出反倾销和反补贴产业损害终裁。
