RTX (RTX) said Monday its subsidiary Collins Aerospace showcased new technology at the Project Convergence Capstone 5 military exercise to help US Marines with real-time situational awareness of the battlefield for better and faster decision-making.
The new technology combines data from military and commercial sensors to improve the safety and effectiveness of military operations, the company said.
The technology was developed as part of Collins Aerospace's multiyear collaboration with the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, it added.
Shares of RTX fell 2.3% in recent trading.
