The hearing of a winding-up petition against Shunfeng International Clean Energy (HKG:1165) was adjourned to May 7 by the Hong Kong High Court, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
True Bold Global filed the petition against the solar power generation company over an alleged outstanding financial obligation of approximately HK$289.1 million.
