据efinancialcareers消息,高盛将于5月裁员。
高盛周一(4月14日)确认,计划实施“年度绩效考核流程(annual performance review process)”,并完善其“金字塔”。预计此举将产生1.5亿美元的遣散费(severance charge)。
高盛CFO Dennis Coleman在周一的投资者电话会议上表示,第二季度将产生1.5亿美元的遣散费。
正如之前报道,高盛计划在第二季度裁员3-4%,这意味着将裁员约1900人。预计副总裁级别的员工将首当其冲,据报道,高盛正在要求其他副总裁、董事总经理(MD)迁往Salt Lake City等低成本地区。
如果高盛在5月份裁员1900人,平均每人将支付近8万美元的遣散费。摩根士丹利在第一季度裁员2000人,并表示支付了1.44亿美元的遣散费,平均每人7.2万美元。
高盛的目标是实现60%的效率比率或营业利润率。第一季度,该比率为60.6%。
截止2025年3月31日,高盛的员工人数为4.66万人,较2024年底的4.65万人稍增0.2%。
