智通财经APP获悉，新奥能源(02688)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.19%，报63.45港元，成交额2.79亿港元。
消息面上，新奥股份拟私有化港股上市公司新奥能源，该项目交易总额近600亿港元。此次收购的计划股东将获得新奥股份新发行的H股股份，及新能香港作出的现金付款作为私有化对价。每股新奥能源股份可获得2.9427股新奥股份H股及现金代价24.50港元，理论总价值约为80.00港元/股，这较新奥能源4月17日每股60.90港元的收盘价，溢价约31.36%。
此外，新奥能源近期发布2024年度业绩，该集团期内取得营业额1098.53亿元人民币，同比减少3.5%；公司拥有人应占溢利59.87亿元，同比减少12.2%；每股基本盈利5.35元；拟派发末期股息每股2.35港元。2024年，集团实现天然气零售销售量同比增长4.2%，收入及毛利同比分别增长0.2%及2.9%至607.49亿元及62.25亿元。
