消息面上，央行等四部门联合印发《上海国际金融中心进一步提升跨境金融服务便利化行动方案》。其中指出，提升人民币跨境支付系统（CIPS）功能和全球网络覆盖。此外，商务部印发《关于加快推进服务业扩大开放综合试点工作方案》，其中表示支持投资或注册地在当地的跨国公司以人民币开展跨境资金集中运营业务。
光大证券指出，该政策标志着人民币跨境使用进入制度性开放新阶段，同时，该政策将进一步推动CIPS的应用和推广，提高其在全球跨境支付市场的地位，降低对SWIFT的依赖风险，保障我国跨境支付的安全和稳定。据悉，移卡已在新加坡、中国香港开展本地二维码、银行卡收单，2024上半年新加坡GPV同比增长超50%。2023年与全球知名钱包联合拓展业务，并与支付宝国际签署了全球战略合作意向书。
