智通财经APP讯，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)公布，于2025年第一季度，该集团收入约为人民币 57.87 亿元，相比去年同期下降 22.8%，而本季度的经营溢利约为人民币 3.98 亿元，相比去年同期下降 48.6%。
于2025年第一季度，该集团及集团的联营公司及合营公司共取得合约销售额约为人民币 69.32 亿元，涉及销售面积约为59.84万平方米，相比去年同期分别下降 12.5%及 15.9%。另外，于2025年3月31日，累计认购而有待签订买卖合同总额约为人民币 4.92 亿元，涉及面积约为 4.07万平方米。
于本季内，该集团于南通、呼和浩特及合肥新购得四块土地，其应占权益楼面面积约达41.49万平方米，需支付权益地价约人民币 24.58 亿元。于2025年3月31日，中海宏洋系列公司持有位于中国可建楼面面积共约为1375.36万平方米(其中，包括由联营公司及合营公司持有，该集团应占权益的楼面面积约为1159.18万平方米)的土地储备。
