智通财经APP获悉，九方智投控股(09636)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.96%，报34.9港元，成交额4075.3万港元。
消息面上，九方智投控股此前宣布，拟以约1.088亿港元收购Yintech Financial全部股权，并以1,816万港元购买其核心信息系统。Yintech Financial通过其附属公司方德证券及方德资本，为个人及机构客户提供证券、期货、资产管理等一站式综合金融服务，业务覆盖中国香港及海外金融市场。
东吴证券指出，此次收购将是九方智投“出海”第一步，通过目标公司覆盖中国香港、美国等核心市场，提升行业竞争力；通过整合方德证券的持牌业务，九方智投控股可能加强在联交所、美国证券交易所以及沪港通、深港通北向交易等核心市场的覆盖能力，进一步拓展跨境金融服务；目标集团2025年第一季度实现盈利，证券交易月均成交额较2024年提升超80%，基金代销规模及全权委托资产管理规模分别预计增长超20%和100%。
