外媒报道，美国总统特朗普表示，未来对中国商品的高额关税或将显著低于目前的145%，但不会降到零。较早时，美国财长贝森特称，高关税是不可持续下去，预计美中局势将会缓和。
人民银行今日(23日)公开市场开展1,080亿元人民币(下同)7天期逆回购操作，操作利率持平于1.5%。今日有1,045亿元逆回购到期，单日净投放缩减至35亿元。人民币兑美元中间价报7.2116，下调42点。
A股三大指数高开后反复向好，沪指重企3,300点水平，创板升1%。沪指半日升1点或0.04%，收报3,301点，成交额3,009亿元。深成指收报9,939点，升69点或0.7%，成交额4,672亿元。创业板收报1,948点，升19点或1%，成交额2,166亿元。
内银股建设银行(601939.SH) 及工行(601398.SH) 分别跌0.4%及0.1%。
国际金价创新高略见回落，黄金股显著下跌，山东黄金(600547.SH) 、中金黄金(600489.SH) 、赤峰黄金(600988.SH) 跌5.6%至8.6%。
个别零售股回落，百大集团(600865.SH) 高开低走挫7.6%。大连友谊(000679.SZ) 跌3.2%。
苹果概念股反弹，立讯精密(002475.SZ) 、东山精密(002384.SZ) 及歌尔股份(002241.SZ) 升3.3%至5.2%。
汽车股造高，金龙汽车(600686.SH) 及海马汽车(000572.SZ) 分别升1.3%及1.9%。比亚迪(002594.SZ) 2024年度拟10送8转12派39.74元，股价高升半成。宁德时代(300750.SZ) 亦升1.4%。(ta/a)(A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
