欧洲两大制药巨头诺华和赛诺菲的CEO周三在一封公开信中表示，为了吸引投资，欧盟应该允许药品价格升至美国的水平。

　　美国的药品价格是世界上最高的，通常是其他发达国家的近三倍。

　　诺华首席执行官Vas Narasimhan和赛诺菲首席执行官Paul Hudson写道：“欧洲的价格控制和紧缩措施降低了其市场的吸引力。”

　　“在欧洲生物制药竞争力下降的背景下，关税的不确定性进一步降低了在欧盟投资的动力。”

　　他们认为，欧盟应该设定更高的目录价格，并传达创新药物的支出目标，以奖励创新。

　　他们表示：“在新的世界背景下，欧洲在欧洲生产并向美国出口的制药模式不能继续下去，”呼吁欧盟加强其内部市场。

　　过去几周，制药商们纷纷承诺在美国投资，以应对关税问题。瑞士制药巨头罗氏集团周二宣布，计划未来五年在美国投资500亿美元。本月较早时，诺华宣布将在美国投资230亿美元，新建7家制药厂。

　　与此同时，特朗普政府警告制药商，正在考虑将美国药品价格与其他发达国家较低的价格对齐。
