红星资本局4月22日消息，红星资本局发现，今天中午，京东（09618.HK）外卖业务疑似崩溃，多位网友在社交平台上表示，在京东下单外卖并等待一段时间后，发现商家还没有接单。

　　消费者蒋女士告诉红星资本局，今天中午11时34分，她在京东APP购买了一份外卖，但在23分钟过后，她点进订单页面，发现商家还没有接单。

　　“我打电话问商家，（商家）跟我说‘他们也看不到单，是系统崩了’。”蒋女士对红星资本局说，她已经取消订单。

　　另外，红星资本局浏览社交平台发现，有多位网友在社交平台反映称，京东外卖业务疑似崩溃，“饿晕在岗位”“点个外卖几十分钟都是‘商家待接单’。”
