港股午后转涨，恒生指数涨0.6%，早盘一度跌近1%，医药股领涨，信达生物涨超10%，百济神州、康方生物、再鼎医药涨幅居前；互联网、芯片、汽车股纷纷跟涨，小米集团涨近6%，华虹半导体、零跑汽车涨超4%。
港股科技50ETF（159750）涨1.74%，盘中成交超1亿元。
截至发稿，南向资金净流入超78亿港元。
在反制关税后，南向进攻型的资金仍保持不低的风险偏好。根据广发证券统计数据，“反制关税”后第一周，南向对“哑铃策略”两端均作了增持（成长端的信息技术、电商；稳定价值类的金融）；“反制关税”后第二周则减配金融股，同时继续增持成长股。
银河证券表示，中长期来看，关税对经济的影响取决于各国关税协商谈判结果以及关税落地情况。同时，我国宏观政策逆周期调节力度有望加大，以对冲外部冲击的影响情况。当前港股处于历史中低水平，投资价仍然较高。中长期仍然看好政策支持力度较大的费板块，以及自主控程度升的科技板块。
