Digital China Group's (SHE:000034) unit, Beijing Digital China Yunke Information Technology, signed an 878.4 million yuan deal to be an equipment supplier for China Telecom (HKG:0728, SHA:601728), according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
The digital technology company will supply ARM-A Servers (G Series) and GPU Servers (G Series) to the telecommunications company.
The company was among the winners of China Telecom's centralized bid in October 2024.
Digital China's shares rose less than 2%, while China Telecom's Hong Kong shares dropped 4% and Shanghai shares slipped over 1% in recent trade.
