China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) Chief Information Officer Jin Panshi resigned effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Jin was responsible for information technology strategic planning and risk management, as well as financial technology innovation, the bank said.
CCB has yet to name Jin's successor.
