Trump Media & Technology Group Finalizes Deal to Launch its Cryptocurrency ETF

BlockBeats News, April 22: The Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT.O) has finalized an ETF issuance agreement with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital. (IG)

BlockBeats previously reported that on March 25, the Trump Media & Technology Group announced that it had reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with the crypto exchange platform Crypto.com. They plan to jointly launch a series of ETFs and related products through their fintech brand Truth.Fi. The official launch is expected in 2025, pending the signing of a final agreement and regulatory approval. The new funds will be supported by Crypto.com in terms of technology and crypto asset custody, covering cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. They will also include securities assets related to the "Made in America" theme, covering multiple industries including energy. The Trump Media & Technology Group plans to utilize up to $250 million of its own funds to participate in the investment, with the funds being custodied by Charles Schwab.
