Giken (TYO:6289) disclosed changes in its leadership structure, effective May 1, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

President and Chief Executive Officer Atsushi Ohira will now oversee the newly established Global Strategy Headquarters, while director and executive operating officer Mika Maeda will head the BX Promotion Department.

Operating Officer Hiroyasu Matsumura will also take on the BX Promotion Department role.

To support its management goals and address market changes, Giken is establishing the BX Promotion Department.

This new department will focus on enhancing productivity through business process optimization, automation, and the development of systems for flexible working styles.
