金吾财讯 | 有报道称，融创中国(01918)财务顾问向债权人表示，预计将于今年底或明年初完成债务重组，并敦促债权人支持其称为“唯一可行”的方案。报道指，华利安诺基(Houlihan Lokey Inc.)的代表在周四的投资者电话会议中指出，融创中国预期将持续面临流动性压力及中国房地产行业逆风，强调对境外债权人而言单纯偿债方案并不实际，形同拖延问题。另外，香港法院即将于4月28日召开清盘聆讯，融创正积极寻求支持其债务置换计划。该公司2022年美元债违约后，成为中国房地产债务危机爆发以来，首家推进第二轮债务重组的大型建商。
