知情人士称，东南亚皇家金鹰集团（RGE）、亚洲浆纸公司（APP）以及巴西纸浆巨头Suzano（SUZB3.SA）成为金佰利公司（KMB.N）旗下估值约40亿美元的国际纸巾业务的最终竞标者。四位消息人士透露，这三家入围企业正在对相关业务开展尽职调查，预计将于5月中旬提交约束性报价。

　　知情人士表示，舒洁纸巾（Kleenex）生产商金佰利已聘请高盛（GS.N）和Centerview Partners负责此次业务出售。被出售的国际纸巾部门是金佰利去年启动重组计划的一部分，其年度息税折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）约为5亿美元。

　　金佰利总部位于美国得克萨斯州欧文市，其发言人对置评请求未予回应。总部位于新加坡的资源与能源集团皇家金鹰和巴西纸浆制造商Suzano均拒绝对此事置评，印尼亚洲浆纸公司亦未回应。高盛与Centerview Partners同样拒绝置评。
