　　四环医药（00460）发布公告，集团旗下非全资附属公司惠升生物制药股份有限公司研发的达格列净片已获中华人民共和国国家药品监督管理局颁发的药品注册批件，用于2型糖尿病成人患者，视同通过仿制药品质和疗效一致性评价。

　　达格列净片为全球首款获批上市的SGLT-2（钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-2）抑制剂。 SGLT-2抑制剂是目前国际上极受推荐的治疗2型糖尿病的一种新型口服降糖药物，其通过选择性抑制肾脏近曲小管的SGLT-2受体，减少葡萄糖的重吸收而促进尿糖排泄，进而降低血糖浓度。SGLT-2抑制剂不仅具有良好的降糖作用，同时具有心血管、肾脏保护等多重获益，获国内外多领域指南推荐。该产品为国家医保产品，国家基本药物。
