【减重版司美格鲁肽中国说明书更新，纳入心血管获益结果】金十数据4月21日讯，记者从诺和诺德了解到，中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）批准更新诺和盈（减重版司美格鲁肽2.4mg）的说明书。此次更新基于SELECT（司美格鲁肽在超重或肥胖患者中的心血管结局试验）的主要结果：在超重或肥胖且已确诊心血管疾病不伴有糖尿病的成人患者中，诺和盈可降低主要不良心血管事件（MACE，包括心血管死亡、非致死性心肌梗死、非致死性卒中）发生风险达20%。
