【京东外卖“崩”了？客服回应】金十数据4月22日讯，午间用餐高峰，在社交平台上不少网友称“京东外卖崩了”，有网友称，下单半天商家都不接单，打电话过去商家却表示“后台完全没显示有订单”。京东官方客服22日表示，今天系统确实出现了异常，有商家无法接单，目前正在加急处理。至于何时恢复，该客服称：“目前暂时还没有告知具体时效，已经有应急小组介入，在陆续恢复了。”对于网友关心的这次是否还会发放优惠券的问题，上述客服表示，“超时可以申请补偿，优惠券的话暂时还不清楚。”
