电子商务公司Flipkart周二表示，其控股公司将把总部从新加坡迁回印度，其母公司沃尔玛计划将这家拥有17年历史的公司上市。

　　许多印度初创企业曾经为了更好地获得资金和更少的税收而选择在海外设立总部，而现在它们正排队从新加坡和美国等金融中心迁回，因为在一个不允许双重上市的国家，首次公开募股（IPO）的前景更好。

　　Flipkart在一份声明中表示：“此举代表了一种自然的演变，使我们的控股结构与我们的核心业务保持一致。”

　　Flipkart于2007年开始在网上销售书籍，并发展成为在印度与亚马逊竞争的庞然大物。2011年，该公司将控股公司迁至新加坡。

　　沃尔玛于2018年收购了Flipkart的控股权，这也使其获得了Flipkart当时拥有的数字支付公司PhonePe的所有权。

　　2022年，PhonePe从Flipkart分离出来，并将总部从新加坡迁至印度。

　　沃尔玛负责企业事务的执行副总裁丹·巴特利特（Dan Bartlett）去年表示，沃尔玛希望在未来几年内将Flipkart和PhonePe在印度上市。
